How can Architecture break one's heart so much?

Proudly a Malaysian, I am currently a third year BA Architecture student of Manchester School of Architecture after parting with United World College (UWC) Atlantic in Wales. I adore stories, often finding myself lost within the well-hidden, evaded human emotions contained within a space. Architecture is but a setting to all those grand routines after all, inspired by people as a tool to empowering people. It is the stage easily stained/marked by lives of many. How can I not be affected? 

 

As a member of Karakter within MSA Praxis, I intend to keep chasing after understanding of those little and big, new and old. To be aware of the environment with critical perception. To question. And to do my best regardless of a broken heart.
