1. The site is prepared; the canal is extended for a hydroponic fish pond while trees are planted in stages.

2. The cooking side of the building is first constructed and finished before the eating act.

3. The cookery school can be run while waiting for the eating act to be completed.

4. Elevated walkways crossing the site are to be built as the canopy layer of trees are fully grown.
